Introducing the Toronto Fitness Challenge! On Saturday June 15th, 2013 you can join thousands of Torontonians in a series of Guinness World Record attempts in support of the SickKids Foundation! Be a part of history in the making!

Boot Camp for SickKids with Fit Factory Fitness (10am)
Goal: 2,500 people to break current Guinness World Record
Fit Factory Fitness’ very own former Marine Drill Instructor Tony A will lead troops through a fun and furious boot camp that will have everyone saying ‘uh-rah’ for SickKids! Since leaving the Marine Corps, Tony has worked as a personal trainer and boot camp instructor in a variety of fitness centers across North America. Tony is now bringing his passionate, intense, one-of-a-kind energy and unique style to the beautiful city of Toronto, and he is ready to shake things up for everyone who lives here.
Yoga for SickKids with YogaFit (12pm)
Goal: 5,000 people to set Toronto Yoga Record
YogaFit® is a fitness-inspired program, based on the fusion of eastern traditional hatha yoga and western fitness science, blending balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format. The YogaFit® Essence encourages us to be in the moment, to let the poses fit to our own bodies and to let go of any judgment, expectations and competition, making Yoga for everybody and EVERY BODY. Relax, enjoy the moment, and support SickKids with YogaFit® led by Master Trainer Paul Galloro.
Salsa for SickKids with City Dance Corps (2pm)
Goal: 2,000 people to break current Guinness World Record
Tina is one of Toronto’s foremost dance experts with a specialty in Latin dance. Tina is the co-founder and artistic director of City Dance Corps, one of Toronto’s leading dance schools going into its 11th year of business. As a leading figure in the salsa dance community, she has been featured in numerous media outlets and has been a judge for international level Latin dance competitions. Tina teaches and performs at salsa congresses around the world. Join her as she dances her way to a Guinness World Record in support of SickKids!
Harlem Shake for SickKids (4pm)
Goal: 10,000 people to set Guinness World Record
The viral dance craze that swept the nation is being put to work as 10,000 people ‘shake’ for SickKids! Celebrity DJ to be announced…stay tuned!
