The Reality is…

Let’s face it.
It’s not easy to be yourBS all day everyday for a consistent amount of time.
By time I mean weeks, months, and years.
Striving to be yourBS on a daily basis is much easier.
So with that said, I suggest we try to be or best selves one day at a time.
From the moment you wake up,
to the last moment that your eyelids are open,
give in to a great effort to make your present day a special day that is filled with positive outlooks.
Being optimistic about all circumstances that you are faced with daily, is a good way to begin conditioning yourself to take things lightly.
Taking things lightly means not allowing yourself to be physically, emotionally, mentally, or spiritually stressed by circumstances that are not coherent to the way you would like them to be.
At times situations we are faced with can be triggers that make us react in negative ways.
There are so many negative things in this world that can make us feel tense, stressed, and overwhelmed.
Things such as incompetence from others, work related issues, relationship complexities, worries of the future, financial insecurities, and health concerns.

Well guess what! The good thing about negativity is that it triggers an immediate awareness towards what you DO NOT WANT. Negative thinking allows us to be conscious of the feelings and circumstances that we don’t want to experience. This gives us the immediate power to change our thoughts to a positive thought process, therefore enabling us to feel better almost instantly.

Being yourBS means to strive for the betterment of your own existence through consistent efforts.

You will only manifest people, places, events, and things that you desire, when you are actively feeling good emotionally and physically. The body cannot function without the mind and vice versa, so you must learn to balance the two. I would think that you only want the best for yourself and your loved ones.

Making conscious efforts to be more optimistic, positive, curious, and friendly, are natural habits that humans carry. Those actions are part of the human condition. Like attracts like. But influences of a negative nature seem to have a much stronger impact on people. But you know what I think?

I think the dark side of things can be considered the “easy” route for some, but in reality it’s all an illusion. As far as I’m concerned, when you turn on a light switch in a dark room, the darkness cannot stay. No matter what you do, light will always shine through darkness. That my friends is Inevitability. So if you are the type of person that carries negativity on your shoulders and refuses to accept the fact that positive energy will always overpower negative, then your in for some serious resistance that will undoubtedly affect the development of yourBS.



It wasn't long before Marcos enrolled himself into a life coaching program that made him a certified Personal Empowerment Life Coach. With dreams of traveling the world as a motivational speaker, Marcos grabbed a firm hold of his dreams and decided to take action. The combination of his two passions, music and expressive guidance, led him to create a joint venture with a fellow mastermind called Niko Sofianos. Rather than accept that ADD is a negative deficiency, they strive to exemplify that ADD has a higher understanding of brain activity that has simply been misunderstood.  Together they strive to empower individuals with the newly discovered scientific research that proves ADD is a form of creative genius that is integrating with human consciousness and is forcing us to look at the world and each other in a whole new way.
